Hardware: Tianqiao Hardware Products Co., Ltd. has more than 40,000 square meters of production workshop, more than 50 large-scale automatic die-casting machines, and more than 300 self-developed automatic product assembly machines. it has a complete production chain from product development and design, to mold making, die-casting assembly, polishing, and electroplating, with a monthly production capacity of more than 90 million. We obtained a number of invention patents on hardware products and has applied for more than 100 patents on hardware assembly equipment. Digital Printing, Webbing Lanyard: We equipped with Ultra-fast Baosiwei digital printing production line, pure cotton direct- injection printing production line, high-speed sublimation transfer production line. We introduced more than 100 sets of automatic digital printing production equipment imported from Japan. For more than 10 years, the company has continuously introduced the world's advanced production equipment, a sound modern management system, and has a professional research and management team. The company has strong R&D and production capabilities,enabling stable and rapid development.
As the manufacturer consolidating design. development and production as a whole. The plant specializes in producing thermal transfer ribbon. cloth thermal transfer and pillow thermal transfer.
